What you’ll need
Makes 1 small bowl
- Coin Khakhra to serve alongside
- ½ cup thick plain curd
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp lime juice
- Salt to taste, optional
A cool, thick dip for whole coins, with chopped mint, coriander and roasted cumin.

Makes 1 small bowl
Whisk the thick curd in a small bowl. If it is watery, strain it first so the dip can cling to the coins.
Add mint, coriander, roasted cumin and lime juice. Mix well and taste before adding salt.
Keep the dip chilled until serving. Put the khakhra in a separate dry bowl and dip as you eat.
Whole coins and a separate dip let everyone choose how much topping they want.
